Peta's practice centres on Insurance Litigation and General Commercial Litigation.

Peta was admitted as a Solicitor in 2005 after graduating from a combined Law and Social Science degree. Prior to joining CCSG Legal in October 2011, Peta spent four years working in the United Kingdom were she gained experience in Property and Debt Recovery Litigation and Conveyancing.

During her final two years overseas, Peta managed a team of Paralegals in the Litigation department of a London Property Litigation Law firm, an area in which she excelled. Peta's work focused on clients in the property sector including property managers, freehold property owners and small to medium property investors.

On her return to Australia, Peta enhanced her skills and knowledge by acquiring a position in a firm with a focus on insurance and commercial litigation. The development of such skills have seen Peta become an integral part of the litigation team at CCSG Legal.

Since joining CCSG Legal, Peta has applied her skills in acting on various and high volume litigation files, representing the interests of both insurance clients and general commercial clients throughout all jurisdictions in Australia.

The passion that she brings to her matters is second to none.
