Paul brings enormous experience in the recovery industry, having spent over 16 years plying his trade. He started his career in 1996 with a debt collection agency specialising in servicing the needs of clients in the media, publishing, sport and entertainment industries.

As well as being focused on collections in the early years, Paul also demonstrated a keen eye for marketing and growth. He was responsible for driving an initiative that directly led to the substantial growth of the organisation's client base, improving systems and procedures as a result.

Paul later moved into the management of various teams responsible for servicing the needs of the organisation's blue chip clients. His passion for customer service is infectious, inspiring his teams to not just deliver, but exceed the clients' expectations.

Since 2006, Paul has held management roles which have incorporated both legal and pre-recovery teams, with a heavy focus on being an effective liaison between clients, solicitors, insolvency practitioners and collection agents.

In 2008, at the height of the GFC, Paul seized an opportunity to work  for a UK firm specialising in the provision of pre and post appointment auditing and reporting to finance providers and insolvency practitioners.

Paul joined CCSG Legal in 2010 as the Legal Recoveries Manager. His experience in managing both the work and his staff in a high-volume collection environment is an asset to the Firm. Paul provides a proactive approach to the debt recovery process and a strong focus on customer service.
