Megan is an associate solicitor in the commercial litigation and insolvency team at CCSG Legal Pty Ltd. 

Megan has practised in commercial litigation, personal insolvency and property law. She regularly acts for and advises creditors, liquidators, and trustees in conveyancing matters and complex litigations and property transactions including recovery of assets, preference issues, family law issues, caveats and other charges and mortgage issues. Megan regularly appears in the District Court of New South Wales, the Supreme Court of New South Wales and Federal Court of Australia.

Prior to joining CCSG Legal Pty Ltd, Megan was responsible for the management of the property practice at her former law firm. 

In addition to providing efficient and practical legal advice, Megan works closely with her clients to achieve the best possible and commercial outcome in her matters.

Megan is admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia and is also the Secretary Committee Member of Ladies Insolvency Professionals.
