Hayley is a senior associate in the commercial litigation and insolvency team at CCSG Legal Pty Ltd. Hayley is admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

Hayley advises in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, and enjoys all aspects of advocacy. Hayley has appeared on behalf of creditors, trustees and liquidators in a broad range of matters including termination proceedings, contested annulment applications, unfair preference claims, public examinations, possession proceedings and insolvent trading claims. She has practiced in most jurisdictions throughout Australia, and regularly appears in the Local, District and Supreme Courts of New South Wales as well as the Federal Court of Australia in contested litigation and interlocutory disputes.

Hayley is highly committed to her practice and the strong relationships she has built with all her clients. Hayley applies a practical and commercial approach to her practice which allows her to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients whilst understanding the importance of meeting their business and commercial objectives.

Hayley has completed a combined Law and Arts degree at the University of Wollongong. She is currently completing her Master of Laws specialising in commercial litigation.
